Terms & Condition

1. JC classes retain the right to modify the terms and conditions at any time with reasonable notice, and clients will be obligated to adhere to the updated terms of use.
2. JC reserves all legal rights in reserve. Sharing, copying, selling, or causing harm to class notes are all prohibited behavior. It is completely forbidden to distribute any JC document, in any format, to third parties.
3. Fees paid for courses are non-refundable, except when Jigyasa Classes cannot provide the agreed-upon course.
4. Subject to a reasonable hearing, the student may be expelled for failure to pay any fees on time.
5. Tuition fee must be paid in advance and cleared within the given time. All fees paid are non-refundable and non-adjustable under any circumstances.
6. Course completion is guaranteed, and the availability of revision depends on the student's admission time during the academic year.
7. Additional payment is required for summary books, and the book kit money is separate from the tuition fee.
8. Within three days of the demo session for the applied course, students and/or parents must confirm enrollment.
9. A maximum discount of 50% will be given to the referrer if they refer two or more students. The student is qualified for either a cash discount or a referral discount; multiple discounts cannot be combined.
10. Respect and dignity are expected from everyone. Any form of nuisance may lead to expulsion or disciplinary actions, including termination or suspension.
11. Faculty at Jigyasa Classes may be subject to change based on the needs, requirements, and circumstances of the classes.
